My name is Katia, and I was born in a small town close by Bari, in the Apulia region. My educational background was initially focused on foreign languages, and I graduated in Translation and Interpreting at the SSML Carlo Bo University in 2012. In 2013, I came to Houston under an exchange cultural program and started to teach Italian at the ICCC in 2015. Later I moved back to Italy where I earned a master's degree (Laurea Magistrale) in International Relations in 2021 at the Niccolò Cusano University. I recently came back to the States where I keep teaching online group and private classes. I like sports and foreign languages. I love grammar, indeed I call myself a “grammar person." I am fascinated by the diplomatic world.
