Bookkeeper and Membership Coordinator
(Part-Time, 24-32 hours per week)
The Bookkeeper and Membership Coordinator is responsible for performing day to day bookkeeping functions ensuring proper data input, allocation, coding and classification of expenses and revenues into accounting system. Update and manage the membership data base and LaVoce subscriber database. Prepare and send new membership welcome packages, prepare and send renewal notifications and follow-up with members or subscribers who do not renew, as well as other clerical/administrative functions as assigned by the Director of Business Operations. The Italian Cultural & Community Center is a not-for-profit, 501c3 whose mission is to advance, celebrate and preserve Italian culture and heritage.
