On April 30th the ICCC will launch a new special series dedicated to Italian food and wines: LE STAGIONI IN TAVOLA – SEASONS AT THE TABLE. A series of live demo dinners dedicated to the fresh products of the Season, promoting the use of Organic fruits and vegetables, for a healthy and well balanced diet according to the Mediterranean nutritional patterns.
The first appointment will be dedicated to PRIMAVERA – SPRING! The live demo will be held by the Independent Chef Gabriella Vacca.
